Citizen Services is available to all West Feliciana Parish residents to request and/or report a range of different parish related requests or concerns. Some examples include:

 

• Bridge or Road conditions (potholes, etc.)

• Waste management (trash didn’t get picked up, when is my pickup day, etc.)

• Litter on road side

• Animal / rodent concerns

• Request a new garbage can

• Any other items that citizens would like to report

 

The above list is just some examples. The phone number is a dedicated number that can be used to address and work to resolve any complaints, requests, or concerns our citizens might have.
