After graduating from Saint Francisville High School in 1969, Kevin attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where, in 1973 he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Early in his career, Kevin served the administrations of Governors Treen and Edwards as Assistant Secretary of Economic Development. He was also an economic adviser to Roemer and Foster in their transitions.
Since 1987 he has served as President and CEO of Source Capital LLC, an investment firm with an outstanding record of success in creating jobs and return for its investors.
As Chairman, Kevin leads PreSonus Audio. Proudly based in Louisiana, the firm does business worldwide and is a global market leader specializing in software and hardware for the music industry.
Raising Cane’s is another one of the many companies that Kevin has helped by providing sound advice and startup funding. Other investments include Enhanced Capital Partners, RES, U.S Agencies. Kevin was named Baton Rouge Business Report’s 1985 Entrepreneur of the Year.
He is member of the Saint Francisville Rotary Club and a former member of the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge. He also served on the Board of the Greater Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce.
The loyal Tiger fan enjoys spending weekends cheering on LSU and the teams of his grandchildren- who share his enthusiasm for athletics. When not seen on the sidelines, Kevin is likely to be found in a duck blind. He is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist and a life sponsor of Ducks Unlimited and a member of Delta Waterfowl.
